“I was running as fast as I could, my body was entering overdrive. I was pushing with as much force as I could allow my legs to go. My brain was getting confused I was running out of Energy”

“On your marks get set,” then the sound of the clap starter went into my ears then everything was in slow motion. I started to run, I didn't care if was going to come last.I just kept running as I was overtaken by everybody I started slowing down. Why was I running a 1OOm Sprint? I run like a 100 Year old man. Then suddenly I realised that didn't matter, I sped up again “Go Hiero!” I heard somebody say but I was only focused on running. My right leg started to hurt and my brain started to become confused but I kept running until I reached the finish line. I was fine apart from that my right leg was hurting insanely.

                                                                       

“Ok get ready we are going to start soon.” I was about to run the 2OOm sprint. The 2nd furthest sprint a Year 5 could run I pushed my right leg back a few centimeters, “on your marks get set” then the familiar sound of the starter went into my ears, then for the 2nd time I ran as fast as I could. There was 1 person behind me, Vincey, he was behind for a bit before he overtook me. I ran as fast as I could. My brain was in overdrive trying to keep up with 2 tasks running and making sure I didn’t destroy my self-esteem. Then after 2 minutes I made It I completed the 2OOm sprint.

Hiero Was fishing on His boat Trying to catch some Fish but he was having no luck. Then suddenly A Little Kingfisher hopped onto the boat. It reached over to The fishing bait but hiero saw it “Go away” he said to the little bird.  It Flew away Then a few minutes later it was back again Reaching for the bait. “Go away” said Hiero again he was starting to get annoyed.  It flew away. Then it came for a 3rd time it grabbed the fish “not this time” He said.  He tried to grab the fish off the little bird and got it then the little bird  flew away. He watched it fly away then he saw it at a nest with baby birds. Suddenly he felt very bad so he put out his bait on the side of the boat. Then the bird flew over and hesitated but saw Hiero was fine with giving away the bait.  The little bird grabbed it and flew away. Hiero saw it giving the food to its Baby birds and felt happy.  15 minutes later the bird came back. Its beak was full of fish. It dropped them there then flew away as fast as it could go. All this fish could last a whole week!

Fred was sitting in a small plane but then suddenly the plane gave a shudder the captain turned around he   looked pale as ever He gasped then cut the engine and fainted they where falling out of the sky about to hit the forest floor BOOM there was a bunch of smoke and fire they had crashed in the middle of the jungle Fred got out of the plane coughing he ran away from the plane he was thinking was the pilot dead? he probably might have had a Storoke? Or was it a heart attack Fred  was panicking but he wondered why was the pilot shocked when the plane shuddered..

Howick historical village

On the 9 of march our class  went to howick historical village. First when we got there we ate some food.  Then we where spilt into 2 groups. After that we lined up in to lines a boy line and a girl line. Then the teacher there took us to a old fashion house. They  explained how people used to communicate before phones where invented it was was awesome. After that they took us to a old fashion school where they talked about school in the olden days by another teacher. It was very fun after that we went on a tour of the whole village. When we where done we got to play with old fashion toys. Then after a long day of fun we went on the bus back home.

Going to nelson

in the holidays i went to nelson with my family to visit my grandparents   i got to see my cousins and my aunts  and take my dog for some adventure i got to check out a new car with my grandpa an i even got to play video games with my cousin and when i was there i got to go to my grandparents house in golden bay it was amazing
