Slowly they spread their wings after years of hiding they would find their brethren. Years ago they had been ripped away from their families. There would be others out there like them, it would be paradise. The sun began to set and with one final push they were gone.
Ka pai Hiero. You've done a great job of making me curious about this story. It's a good example of a few powerful sentences being more effective than lots and lots of average ones. Do you have more of the story in mind for future writing?
